It is completely FREE on all orders and usually it takes 2 to 3 days. It is delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class.
It has a cost of £3.99 for all orders. It usually takes between 1-2 days and is delivered by Royal mail 1st class. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.
Our Guaranteed next working day delivery service costs £5.99 and is subject to the order being received before 10AM. If the order is received after 10AM we may not be able to guarantee next working day delivery. Orders placed after 10AM will be delivered in two working days time. Saturday and Sundays do not count as working days. Orders received before 10AM on a Friday will be delivered by the following Monday, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We deliver to all EU countries, including UK and Spain addresses.
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to other non-European Union countries directly through the website yet, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be very happy to help you to place your order and discuss postage cost if applicable.
We consider a parcel lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 10 working days for UK orders and 15 days for other orders. Though it is highly improbable deliveries to take this amount of time, we may be not able to despatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
If you have used the guaranteed next working day delivery type, you will receive a tracking number so you can check and track your parcel.
SpanishNaturalSkin is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
We do our best to deliver you what you have paid on time, therefore do not hesitate to contact us when you consider is necessary.
For security reasons, some deliveries may require your signature upon receipt of order. If you will not be at your usual address during normal office hours, you can provide us with an alternative delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, you should receive a card with written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days or after 3 delivery attempts), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and pay for the costs incurred in resending the parcel.
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two.
In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. If you place multiple orders within a short period of time (generally 24-48 hours), your orders may be consolidated and delivered as a single order. If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to advise there is more than one parcel.
We are not responsible for the lost of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery cost, which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of our free delivery offer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. Therefore if you discover any mistake in the information you provided us, please contact us as soon as possible in order to modify your order address and avoid uncomfortable delays and additional costs.
